Step-by-Step guide to Selecting Your Image and getting it framed!

Select a category of images that might interest you. You can find your area of interest through the Search function at the top right corner of the site or just click on a category on the left navigation bar of the website.

All of the images available in a category will appear indented under the category name. Click on an image name.

1. Size is the first decision you will make. All images are printed on 8 x 10, 11x 14 or 18 x 24 paper. (For more information, click Sizing on the top navigation bar). Sizes will appear on a separate page that precedes the Image product page.

At DartmouthImages.com all prices are based on the size of the image you select. When you click on a size, its unframed price will appear in the Pricing Information section. The price will change each time you make another decision on frames or mats. You may view the unframed price on each size before proceeding to Step 2. If you change size after making decisions on frames or mats, the programming system assumes that you are starting over.you will be required to re-consider every decision a second time.

2. Unframed images are available. If you select this option, your image will come to you securely rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. If you select this option, your next click is IN CART.

3. NoFrame is the DartmouthImages inexpensive ready-to-hang option. (For more information click NoFrame on the top navigation bar) When you select this option, your image will appear without a frame or mat since the special NoFrame process delivers a rigidly mounted image that 'floats' without a frame. If you select this option, your next click is IN CART.

4/5. Framing is where you start to create your own customized way of viewing your image. Select the frame material and the frame color (for more assistance click Frame on the top navigation bar) from the nine options displayed. Then select one of the four mat colors or indicate that you want no mat at all. When you have clicked on your selections, the exact frame and mat combination you have selected will appear on the screen.with the price of the customize options you have selected. ALL PRICES INCLUDE HANDLING AND SHIPPING.

You can then change and view every different frame and/or mat combination. Simply click on different options and the image will change to show your new selections. You may view and review different combinations--until you are satisfied. When you have settled on what works best for the image you have selected, click IN CART. You can always check the progress of your DartmouthImages shopping by clicking MY ACCOUNT.

You can continue shopping by clicking on an image we have suggested or you can view images in another category by entering your interest in the Search box or clicking on another category on the left navigation bar. You can complete your shopping trip at any time by clicking CHECKOUT.
