DartmouthImages wants you to receive your purchase as safely and expeditiously as possible.

Images that are matted and framed are shipped in a specially designed container called a SMARTbox.  Constructed of heavy-duty corrugate, the container has been designed with extra protection at the corners so that there will be no bending or breaking where the frame is most vulnerable.  In addition, the container is designed so that the framed art “floats” inside, thereby providing a space that will protect the frame against rough handling or  dropping.  The special design for framed art does not use bubble wrap or “peanuts which can be messy and difficult to dispose of once the frame is removed.  Instead, the structural integrity of the packaging itself is all of the protection required to make sure your delivery is intact and ready to hang.

Our special protective packaging has been in use for over five years and the instances of breakage or damage are under 2%.  However, DartmouthImages stands behind its products and packaging to the fullest degree.  (Please see Guarantee and Returns and Exchanges and Shipping)

If you choose to order only the printed image, it will be packaged in a secure, taped tube or a flat re-enforced envelope.  You will have the same Guarantee and the same customer protections as any shipped framed product.
