When you place an order on DartmouthImages.com, we print and prepare the image specifically to your order.  Printing usually takes place within 5 business days although during the holiday season, orders can take up to 7 business days to print. Framing usually is completed within ten working days, but can take up to two weeks during the holiday season. Allow another 3-6 days for delivery, after production has been completed.

Unframed posters and prints are generally shipped, rolled, in a specialized poster container.

All framed items are shipped in a unique SMARTbox designed to protect your purchase against shock and breakage. Protection of framed and unframed images is of paramount concern to us; please retain your original packaging until you are completely satisfied with the purchase.  Items returned to us must be in the original or equivalent packaging.

For International shipments call 800 634 2667 to request  rates or email  customer.service@DartmouthImages.com. Duty and taxes on international orders are usually assessed by local officials and will be billed to you separately. Please check with your customs office for information on duty, taxes and restrictions.

You can ship your purchase to any address, except we cannot make shipments to Box Numbers. Please provide detailed shipping instructions when you Check Out.
If your image purchase is to be matted and/or framed, that will take from one to two weeks; consequently, no shipping information will be available until the process is complete.  You can check your order status by emailing your order number requesting a status update to customer.service@dartmouthimages.com.  We will provide tracking information as soon as it is available.

When your order is shipped with us, you should have received a tracking number for your package(s). Unframed prints are sent via the United States Postal Service and framed prints are sent via Fed Ex. You can track your packages from the links in the email you get or by going to USPS Track and Confirm or Fed Ex Tracking directly.
